As a professional coach, he see’s his role as nurturing and helping others believe in their capabilities and inspire them to act on their goals and ambitions.
His main role is to facilitate and draw upon your skills, talents and abilities and help you direct these towards achieving whatever it is you want to achieve. It is not Nigel’s role as a coach to tell you what to do, how to do it or act as your boss, rather work with you in achieving and celebrating your achievements.

He believes for a person realise their potential and work towards their goals requires two things – shift in mindset and consistent small steps.

Working with you here are some of the areas Nigel will focus on:

• Help clarify your goals, ambitions and direction.
• Challenge you’re thinking by asking thought provoking questions.
• To listen
• Work with you on creating a plan of action.
• Keep you accountable with that plan and refine where needed.
• Work with you through any challenges and obstacles and
• Help you acknowledge and draw upon your strengths and abilities
• Help attain a shift in mindset and by taking small consistent steps.

As with any relationship he believes it is vital working as a coach to be honest, transparent and work with integrity. It is important that the coaching relationship is a safe environment and one of complete confidentiality.

A professional coach is a supportive and encouraging partner in your success. Recognising that you are the expert of your career and your life and that you have all you need to succeed.
